As a wedding photographer based in Suffolk, I had the absolute joy of capturing this incredible day, and it was one I’ll never forget.
From the very beginning, the couple made sure their wedding reflected them in every way. The morning started in the most fun way possible: with the groomsmen unwrapping Pokémon cards together, setting the tone for a relaxed and playful atmosphere.
The ceremony was led by a celebrant who crafted their love story through music, playing a meaningful song for every year they had been together. It was so personal, so emotional, and completely unique – a true reflection of their journey as a couple.
After “I do’s,” the celebrations moved outside where guests were welcomed to their very own makeshift pub, complete with drinks and plenty of laughter. The bride’s brother performed an acoustic set that had everyone singing and cheering along – such a heartfelt moment and one of the highlights of the day.
As the sun went down, guests enjoyed food and speeches before the party vibe really kicked in. From an energetic game of beer pong to a DIY tattoo station, this wedding was packed with surprises and so much fun.
The cake cutting was a moment to remember too – with the bride cutting the cake while the groom proudly cheered her on from behind. It perfectly summed up the energy and love between them.
The evening ended with their first dance, before every single guest filled the dance floor, creating an atmosphere that was nothing short of electric. The party was wild, joyful, and full of love – exactly how a wedding should be.
